Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GuideMeAI — whether as a student, parent, educator, or institutional partner — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Schools deploying GuideMeAI are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Career Assessment

GuideMeAI provides an AI-powered career intelligence assessment consisting of 150+ behavioural indicators. Results are intended as guidance tools, not guarantees of specific career outcomes.

Career DNA™ Report

Your Career DNA™ report is personalised to your responses. We make no warranty that any recommended career path will result in employment, admission, or specific salary outcomes.

Platform Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use (or institutional use under a valid enterprise agreement).

Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Pricing

Individual assessment pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Institutional pricing is governed by a separate Enterprise Agreement. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have not yet submitted your assessment. Once the assessment is submitted and the report is generated, refunds are not available.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through RBI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Institutional Billing

Enterprise clients are billed as per their signed agreement. Disputes must be raised within 15 days of invoice receipt.

Academic Dishonesty

You must not share assessment questions, answers, or techniques with others in a manner intended to manipulate results. Each assessment must represent your own honest responses.

Data Scraping

Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of any data from the GuideMeAI platform is strictly prohibited.

Impersonation

You must not complete assessments on behalf of another person or misrepresent your identity, grade, or school.

Commercial Resale

You may not resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit GuideMeAI reports or platform access without a written enterprise agreement.

Guidance Only

GuideMeAI's recommendations are based on algorithmic analysis of your responses. Career outcomes depend on many individual, environmental, and market factors beyond our control.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee admission to any college, selection for any entrance exam, or employment in any career domain suggested by our reports.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuideMeAI and Nexcore Institute of Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (college portals, exam boards). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

GuideMeAI IP

The GuideMeAI platform, Career DNA™ framework, assessment questions, report templates, and all associated branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexcore Institute of Technology.

Your Report

You own your Career DNA™ report. You may share it freely for personal career guidance purposes. Commercial use requires written permission.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about GuideMeAI may be used by us to improve our products without any obligation to compensate you.
